As an Emerald Coast native for the majority of her life and in the Real Estate business since the early 2000s, Beth is a seasoned market expert with extensive education and knowledge in every aspect of the lifestyle and culture of the coast. She represents buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial resale, new construction, and waterfront properties throughout the region, with a focus on homes in Okaloosa and Walton counties. She holds several real estate certifications and designations such as accomplishing her GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), At Home with Diversity certification, and her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR certified) designation.

 

Beth’s understanding and experience span the entire Florida Panhandle and her hard work ethic provides support for all your real estate desires. Having worked with a developer for over 20 years and managing commercial property in Arizona and Florida, she has a team of experts who work together to create spaces that raise the standards of Gulf Coast living.

Beth is involved in her real estate community through the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® Commercial Committee (served as chair and vice chair), Community and Military Outreach Committee (CAMO), REALTORS® Politic Action Committee (RPAC), and the Public Policy Committee. She enjoys volunteering in the community by service as a Commissioner on the Okaloosa County Commission for the Status of Women, is a member of many civic and philanthropic organizations, and would love to talk with you about helping you find your dream home or investment property.

 

Beth’s formal education is extensive as some of her accolades include a Master's Degree in Psychology and Counseling; an Associate of Arts Degree in Psychology and University of West Florida’s IT Academy intensive training in computer support to include Windows Database and CompTIA Security+ programs that enhance her real estate education. Beth is always updating her credentials with real estate certifications and training to better serve her clients on the Emerald Coast.
